ODAK NDT have developed a series of small and lightweight specimens which contain typical flaws found in cast and forged components for MT,PT,VT,UT.The specimens are designed for practical training to provide experience in flaw detection, sizing and interpretation. Customized specimens are available on request.

ODAK NDT casting and forgings are available either individually or in sets.

INDIVIDUAL SPECIMENS

  • Contain up to 3 flaws
  • Are unique – no two specimens are the same
  • Are individually numbered and supplied with:
    – Drawing/NDE report
    – Testing and acceptance criteria
